We have seen many people talking about the stone and its pain. According to them, it is unbearable ant that might be true. But have you ever heard that the pain of stone feels like someone is stabbed in their back, or just similar to childbirth? Means seriously? How do you know about childbirth’s pain or stabbing in the back? Were they serious or they just had some other health problem?
Unfortunately, it is 100% true that the pain caused by stones is so excruciating that we can only wish to God that no one ever has a stone problem, even our enemies.
It puts you in the worst situation one can imagine. It comes in waves, fluctuates in intensity, and spreads to the lower abdomen and groin. You can’t even stand up straight when it comes and it remains constant for 1 to S hours and sometimes it ended up with an immediate treatment. Imagine, the condition of that person who is going through the stone pain. However, the intensity of the pain also depends on the size and location of the stone. But in any case, if you get a stone, whether it is big or small, you will probably experience it once in your

The size of a stone can range from as small as a grain of sand to as large as a golf ball and can occur in the kidney, bladder, prostate gland, gallbladder, salivary glands, and pancreas. So, the answer is, it doesn’t come all of a sudden, but it takes a long time to build up in your body, and one day it gets stuck somewhere in your veins, and urine tubes, and blocks your body system, thus, you cry out in pain.
1 out of 10 people develop stones in their lifetime, and once the person recovers from the stone, unfortunately, it will strike again in the next 5 to 10 years.
We cannot stop it from happening but we can take some measures to reduce its chances by changing our habits in daily life. The more you take care of your health, the more you reduce the chances to have a stone.
All we can say is, make a healthy diet chart, do exercise daily, take fluids in your diet and drink plenty of water.
